How quickly will I hear back?

Initial response follows the commitment for your service tier — 72 hours on Starter, 24 hours on Growth, 4 hours on Scale, 1 hour on Enterprise (business hours), and 1 hour continuously on the White Glove 24/7 add-on. Resolution timing varies with the complexity of the issue.

What if my voice agent is completely down?

Mark the request as blocking business operations. All service-down tickets are prioritized above standard requests and escalated to the on-call engineer, subject to the response commitment of the affected tier.

Do you have a phone number for support?

Support intake runs through this form so every request is tracked, triaged, and routed to the right specialist. Enterprise clients with the White Glove 24/7 add-on receive a dedicated escalation channel at contract signing.

Can I request a feature or change to my voice agent script?

Yes. Feature requests, script changes, and knowledge base updates are submitted through this form and handled within your tier's included maintenance hours. Larger changes may be scoped separately.

How is Begin Bound's business hours defined?

Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
