With over 40 years of family ownership and a strong reputation in the manufacturing world, Logan Clutch had the legacy—but their digital systems were falling behind. We partnered with them to redesign and rebuild their website on HubSpot’s Pro Suite, creating a centralized platform for marketing, sales, and customer engagement. From marketing automation and CRM workflows to a custom product selector and AI-powered chatbot, we helped Logan Clutch streamline operations, modernize lead management, and create a user experience tailored to their audience of engineers and industrial buyers. 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • An outdated website that was difficult for the team to update and manage.
  • The website was hosted on a custom private server, managed by a single provider, instead of being on a more accessible and universal platform, owned and managed by the client instead of the vendor.
  • An old design and user journey that made it hard to convert anonymous visitors into qualified leads
  • A custom Product Selector tool that needed a more manageable framework and integration with part inquiry forms
  • A disconnected workflow between product inquiries and the CRM, limiting the ability to vet leads and streamline sales follow-up for custom manufacturing solutions.

BeginBound designed and developed a new website from the ground up within the HubSpot platform, equipping them with tools to streamline their sales process and implement marketing automation to quickly capitalize on web traffic and engagement.

  • HubSpot’s CRM automatically tracks visitor activity and creates contact records once users identify themselves through forms or digital interactions.

    Note: Private browsing or clearing cookies/cache may affect tracking, but the system is built to adapt as digital behaviors evolve.

SALES & MARKETING AUTOMATION

  • Fully integrated tools on a single platform: CRM, email automation, social media scheduling, secure custom forms, and marketing workflows.
  • CRM and website activity are fully synchronized, allowing for real-time follow-up and automated processes based on user behavior.
