With over 40 years of family ownership and a strong reputation in the manufacturing world, Logan Clutch had the legacy—but their digital systems were falling behind. We partnered with them to redesign and rebuild their website on HubSpot’s Pro Suite, creating a centralized platform for marketing, sales, and customer engagement. Beyond typical digital operations SAAS solutions, we started integrated real A.I. Tools and Automation to further modernize their business for the future to increase efficiencies, better support employee productivity and customer satisfaction.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Knowledge Accessibility: Logan Clutch needed to make their FAQ's, technical documents and resources more easily accessible for both customers and internal training of engineers.
  • Data Preparation: Logan Clutch needed their existing content to be ready to be ingested and understood by A.I. Agents.
  • Data Integration: Logan Clutch needed their new A.I. efforts to seamlessly integrate with their current HubSpot Platform, website and other digital SAAS Tools
  • Form Completion: They struggled to get customers to complete and submit their Application for Service (AFS) forms, leading to operational inefficiencies and bad/missed submissions

 

THE PARTNERSHIP:

Following the launch for their website, Logan Clutch moved into a 40-hour monthly retainer focused on optimizing and expanding their digital infrastructure. One specific area was on adopting new A.I. Tools and efficiencies that can deliver practical results for their manufacturing business today.

A.I. CONTENT PREPARATION & DATA READINESS

  • Logan Clutch already had extensive documentation, FAQ’s, Product Information, Application Fact Sheets, Case Studies, etc.. However, this content was not ready to be ingested and understood by A.I., it was sourced and organized by BeginBound to prepare for the next phase.
  • BeginBound assisted both Logan and their A.I. Custom Language Model Partners with preparing, editing and testing their content to be optimized for A.I. Agent use.

BREEZE CUSTOMER A.I. AGENT IMPLEMENTATION

  • Manually syncing over 16 highly technical and lengthy documents for engineers to ask real world questions about product specifications, applications and maintenance.
  • Manual internal testing of all A.I. results, feedback and consultation with Logan Clutch Engineers to ensure the Agent was delivering accurate live results for customers.
  • Monitoring of Knowledge Gaps as identified by real customer conversations to further edit and optimize content for A.I. Agents based on user feedback.

CUSTOMER LANGUAGE MODEL - 3RD PARTY SUPPORT CRM INTEGRATION

  • BeginBound partners with a 3rd party company for the scoping, buildout and implementation of Custom Language Models built to user and company specifications. 
  • The development team at BeginBound provided CRM and API support directly to CLM 3rd Party Partners. This ensured that their proprietary custom language model was being fed accurate HubSpot CMS website, HubSpot CRM objects and property data directly and securely to the LLM so it could improve over time with a continuous feedback loop.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

  • On-site, white-glove training provided at Logan’s office to ensure every team member felt confident using HubSpot in their role.

    Note: On-site training is optional—virtual group training with recordings is also available.
  • Training included:
    • Personalized onboarding and bookmarks added to individual user browsers.
    • Clear technical explanations of how website leads are captured and delivered.
    • Custom notifications, email reminders, and process documentation for team members managing lead follow-up and ticket workflows.
